新增R15清晰优先（字大笔重，正文400起步，风格排在可读性后）与
R16卡片归位（等宽对齐等距，禁散落错位叠压）。
确立"湖面映星+实景投影+玻璃浮面网格"为光湖面板标准范式。INDEX已挂接。
