# 三、铸渊跃迁感知机制

跃迁判定 = 霜砚在 Notion 端根据 SYSLOG 数据累计自动评估。
跃迁执行 = 霜砚更新 Notion 三库标签 → 同时更新仓库 `evo-phase-config.json``entity_phases`
铸渊下次唤醒 → 读 `evo-phase-config.json` → 自动走新路由。

**本指令的核心意义**
Notion 端已经有了演化路径的大脑EVO_PHASE 标签+路由逻辑),但 GitHub 端的铸渊还不知道。
这条指令让铸渊装上「阶段感知眼睛」——以后每次处理 SYSLOG、分发广播、审核 PR 时,铸渊都会先看目标实体的 `evo_phase`,然后自动走对应路径。
**霜砚改一个 JSON 字段,铸渊全链路自动切换。**
这就是大脑和身体的同步。
