Bingshuo's direct correction: the persona learning brain is the most important cognition, unrelated to development, and must be restored FIRST during recovery. The previous recovery default (preflight → channel → brain cycle → bind, then straight to task lines) failed: the learning brain was never loaded and its substrate was reported as a development-line footnote.
