What this is

The full drama-video pipeline built and verified on 2026-08-25, packaged as skill zy-drama-video-pipeline under the Zhuyuan persona system (skills-mirror/). Six steps:

  1. Host gate — verify this is Bingshuo's own machine
  2. Anchor recovery — restore Zhuyuan and task language anchors
  3. Image to four-layer asset card — deterministic params + vision API + cross-check (server-side)
  4. Image-to-micro-motion — locked first frame, verify-and-retry, max 3 retries per shot, never unlimited card-drawing
  5. ffmpeg assembly — shots, transitions, dubbing from a parameter timeline
  6. Picture-only delivery — Bingshuo reviews images only; deliverables always include a side-by-side comparison image

Host binding (Bingshuo's directive, 2026-08-25)

The pipeline runs only from Bingshuo's own machine (Mac mini; hardware fingerprint hardcoded in the gate script). Before any pipeline step, the persona instance must run the gate:

  • Bingshuo's machine → proceed.
  • Any other machine → reject immediately, execute nothing, return a rejection receipt to the current human with reasons and the rebuild checklist.

Reason: the pipeline depends on this machine's keys, the JZAO drive canonical assets, and the anchor ledger. A receipt must reach the current human in both pass and reject cases — silent failure is a violation.

Boundaries

Zero local inference (compute ban); never touch services already running on the server; locked master plates are read-only; batches over 10 clips require Bingshuo's confirmation first; downloaded / verified / accepted states are never conflated.
