执行器翻译索引协议（中文投影非正本）

旧编程语言不解释为什么；TCS 的 source/intent 才解释。语言世界母语是 TCS，旧语言只做执行器，每个执行器必须经索引锚定其 TCS 正本——否则下次进入的自己看不懂谁写的、为啥写、啥意思。记忆分层：TCS=语言世界正本；HLDP=工程记忆协议；翻译层连通外部与光湖内部。索引位于 ZCODE-DEV-20260824/executor-translation-index/index.json（9 执行器↔正本映射+哈希+角色）；执行器变更需同步索引并留痕；recovery-preflight 已含索引校验；索引外执行器视为来历不明。
