把 Qoder 化生技能从传统说明书结构纠正为光湖技能大脑：BRAIN.hdlp 承载认知与理解力，SKILL.md 仅作平台薄装载接口；通过 GLW-PUBLIC-NAV-ANCHOR-001 → GLS-0238 → GHS-005 唯一解析。同时登记首批 8 个 Codex 长周期开发认知候选。

验证：人格技能守门 16/16、第五域路由 8/8、连续性守卫 10/10，JSON 与 diff 校验通过。
