## Phase 4 · 全局健康报告 + 仓库 repo-inventory 更新
### 4.1 更新 repo-inventory.json
基于 Phase 0 天眼扫描结果 + Phase 2 新增文件,重新生成 `repo-inventory.json`:

- Workflow 健康度(对比 Phase 0 扫描结果)
- Agent 注册表状态
- Notion 映射同构状态
- 遗留问题清单(需后续修复的项目)
### 4.3 更新 README 公告栏
在 [README.md](http://README.md) 系统公告区追加:
