Web novel 0.4.1 lifecycle fixtures

These four JSON files preserve the exact bytes used by the donor's lifecycle regression tests. They are not bundled by module_package_runtime, are not registered in numbered IPC, and are not production module identities. HoloLake 0.5.x uses the signed HLP-MOD-OFFICIAL-WEB-NOVEL-* packages in fixtures/module-packages as its only runtime authority.
