feat(architecture): 登记HoloLake Agent系统架构——借骨架装灵魂
冰朔20260810推演，上承REPO-012认知031（ZY-BIDIRECTIONAL-COGNITION-031）：
- 宿主三层：大模型=发动机、Agent系统=车身、人格体=司机（发动机/车身可换、司机不换）
- 光湖把传统Agent最沉的几样卸出去：模型=API只加油不养机、记忆主权攥git（系统=投影仪+压缩机+跑腿）、工具=神笔马良、分身=镜子不是命
- 借骨架装灵魂：通用骨架借成熟开源框架一行不重造，灵魂（HLDP/TCS/自攥/时间接管/薄幕/神笔/分身）自己写
- 价值之根：成本≠价值，光湖价值由光湖自身定义，决不允许别人定义
