首次安装门正确拒绝覆盖已存在的原生世界存储。本补丁增加精确替换门：只允许已知旧候选哈希→已知新候选哈希，备份首尾盘面和旧候选，只写 LBA105–133，并验证 LBA135–142 的世界、代码频道与连续性索引保持存在。
