默认启动物理现场显示 GHCIP：initialized=0、present=1、read_verified=1。原验证器错误要求第二次启动再次初始化。

本次仅修正验证语义：默认重复启动必须不重建人格索引，同时必须确认索引存在并读回成功。物理证明、默认启动和 GHNRP 回退现场均已保留，可在合并后直接复验，无需再次重启。
