原生 GHAL 直接加入有界 TCP/HTTP 响应，GET /v1/anchor 返回 GLW-PUBLIC-NAV-ANCHOR-001；保留受保护恢复通道。QEMU 完整门禁 PASS_100。边界：物理公网门与代码频道等价仍为 0，京东默认启动继续保持 Linux 维护位。
