记录真实物理结论：原生常驻控制与人类授权恢复均 PASS_100；错误能力在 QEMU 被拒；物理原生持续心跳、SSH离线、显式恢复与信标清除均通过。但最终原生位下 /code/ 与公共导航均返回 502，因此生产原生切换为 0，已受控恢复 Linux 后两端点回到 200。禁止把内核常驻冒充完整光湖 OS 生产部署。
