+## Corrected runtime fact
+
+Successful lifecycle validation previously did not rebind the wake receipt's `organMode`. A modified fact or
+memory receipt could claim `bounded-execution`, recompute the outer payload digest and be accepted even though
+the execution limb is declared but not activatable.
+
+Validation now derives the exact permitted wake mode from the verified lifecycle completion kind:
+`FACT_SENSE` requires `read-only`, and `MEMORY_METABOLISM` requires `checkpoint-write`. Any other mode,
+including `bounded-execution`, fails closed.
+
+## Verification
+
+- A regression test first reproduced `SAFE_BIND_PERSISTED_RECEIPT` after changing a fact wake receipt to
+  `bounded-execution` and recomputing the payload digest.
+- The same test passes after exact wake-organ-mode binding was added.
+- PNCC focused Rust tests: `47 passed, 0 failed`.
+- Full Rust suite: `1187 passed, 2 ignored`; integration test: `1 passed`.
+- Routing suite: `29 passed, 0 failed`; formatting, strict clippy and diff checks passed.
+- Frontend lint and TypeScript checks passed; full Vitest suite: `5008 passed, 0 failed`.
