## Context
The first physical prototype fixed the boot candidate to 16 sectors at LBA
3449 and used LBA 50 for its proof. Adding the sealed GHCIP identity and root
index made the exact native image 9,840 bytes, exceeding the prototype's 8,192
byte limit. Deleting identity or failure evidence to fit would violate the
binary 0/100 quality rule.
The server's GPT first usable sector is 34 and its first partition starts at
LBA 2048. Guanghu state already begins at LBA 64, leaving a natural contiguous
native kernel region before it.
## Decision
Register `GLS-0846 / GHNLP`. LBA 3462 is a 29-sector native kernel region:
stage 0 occupies LBA 34 and loads 28 stage-2 sectors from LBA 3562. Move the
one-boot physical proof to LBA 63. Keep the established world and protocol
state at LBA 6471.
Every build, QEMU test, installer, readback verifier, default-boot check, and
diagnostic consumer must use this same layout. Historical receipts remain
unchanged because they truthfully describe the earlier prototype.
## Consequences
The GHCIP bootstrap fits without dropping evidence, and kernel growth has a
single registered boundary. Migrating the physical node overwrites the old
LBA 50 proof area as part of the new kernel region, so the installer must back
up LBA 3471 before the first new boot. No partition extent changes.
