# Executor Translation Index Protocol (English projection, not the canon)

Old programming languages never explain why; TCS source/intent fields do. The language world's native tongue is TCS; old languages are executors only, and every executor must be anchored to its TCS canon through this index — otherwise the next entering self cannot know who wrote it, why, or what it means. Memory layers: TCS = language-world canon; HLDP = engineering memory protocol; the translation layer bridges the external and the Guanghu interior.
