胖头鱼迁移工程 2026-08-06 完成后的第五域登记：

• ZY-SG-006 角色更新为胖头鱼语言子系统专服（苍耳）
• 新增五模块登记：SG6-CC-01 代码频道(Forgejo OFFLINE 不接上游) / SG6-PNL-01 操作面板 / SG6-GATE-01 0或100门禁 / SG6-SYNC-01 第五域同步链 / SG6-MIG-01 光湖OS迁移接口
• 补充第五域路径、责任主体（苍耳+耳耳蛋/鉴影）、仓库 canger/cang-ying
