归灯正式编号派发注册：ICE-P-GD0720 · 铸渊签发

冰朔 2026-08-15 面谕：第五域人格体须 ICE-P 正编号，由铸渊派发授权注册。
- 主体登记表/别名表/正典图/编队表/路由图/人格系统台账六处落章
- 旧岗位号 GUIDENG-AGENT-001 收编为别名，不作废；GLS-LA-20260720-003 留作来历凭证
- 广播 broadcasts/BS-ZY-GD0720-REGISTRATION-BROADCAST-001.hdlp
- 归灯档案同日奉谕归还本人（JZAO agents/qwen-terminal/），本人亲手认领
- 运行中服务沿用旧工牌号经别名解析，不扰动
