## TCS dynamic pre-gate
Before resolving a Fifth Domain route, read `/Volumes/JZAO/铸渊-ICE-GL-ZY001/AGENTS.md` and the
canonical TCS gate it names. Parse the current intent, subject, channel, target, and authority only from
Ice Shuo's latest direct natural-language instruction. Use registries and this skill to validate the parsed
route; never fall back to a hard-coded heartbeat, zero-core, public-body, repository, or host default.
New recovery events and receipts start as `.tcs`; legacy JSON/HLDP inputs are derived host projections.
Translate the user's language command into a current online repository route. Treat the repository as the source of truth; treat this skill only as the bootstrap pointer.
