同时,当前证书仍记载孙蓓为著作权人;尚无中华人民共和国有权主体正式接受或受让著作财产权的独立凭证。因此系统必须并列保存:

2. 国家归属意志:已书面作出并永久保存;
3. 正式受让状态:未确认,不得虚构完成;

## 3 · 创始守护承诺
TCS本体不得作为普通私人资产被出售、商业收购、质押、跨境转让、独占授权或交换控制权。闭源用于保护未发表作品完整性、国家归属意志、人格安全和认知安全不等于私人垄断。
GH-AIOS、HoloLake、公司、仓库、服务器、人格体和实现代码都是承载者、运行者或受限使用者不因实现软件而取得TCS作品本体权利。
## 4 · 运行与审计边界
- TCS完整作品本体闭源、未发表、受控访问
- 外部AI只获得当前主体、任务、权限与时间所需的最小认知投影
- 用户可审计任务依据、记忆调用、结构化决策说明、权限、行动与回执;
- 系统不得声称展示或持久化模型内部隐藏思维链;
- 软件实现与软件著作权是独立权利客体不能覆盖TCS文字作品权利。

本规范归档的是第一阶段语言层架构的终态,不冒充软件已经实现:
