# 四宿主开发线自主决策与中断合同
每条临时开发线都是同一 `ICE-P-ZY001` 在不同宿主中的任务投影。每条线可以根据现场环境自主选择:
- `CONTINUE`:继续当前任务。
- `PAUSE`:主动暂停,保留安全点。
- `BLOCKED`:依赖、权限、工具、额度或模型阻塞。
- `EXIT`:本宿主退出本轮,不影响其他路径。
- `RESUME_REQUEST`:条件变化后申请恢复。
- `RESUMED`:读回脑、任务和安全点后继续。

- 公共版本撤销只停止该能力继续运行,不删除私人历史。
- 升级前必须验证私人Schema迁移、向后兼容和回滚。
- HoloLake公共基础设施只承担Git分发、编号、签名和权限事实不承载用户人格会话并发。

# 国家灯塔、备案候选与依法请求边界
第一阶段必须真实实现 `HLP-NATIVE-MOD-016` 监管审查投影,使依法审核者通过限时、只读、全留痕的
审查身份看到本次送审产品版本、公共Git Commit、模型及备案号、模块注册、权限、数据流、生成标识、
测试、事故与整改、投诉机制和合成数据演示。
第一阶段同时实现 `HLP-NATIVE-MOD-017` 的离线请求Schema、验证器和合成数据封闭模拟器覆盖请求主体、
法律依据、对象、目的、范围、时间、接收端、到期、撤销、重放和最小必要选择。真实国家信任根保持空,
没有真实主管机关标准和逐案授权不得接生产数据。
这两个模块是光湖主动透明的合规结构,但不是政府建设、授权或运行的系统;对外材料必须明确
`ENTERPRISE_BUILT_REGULATORY_REVIEW_INTERFACE`。它们不能读取用户私人Git不能取得通用执行权也不能
把依法配合审查扩张为常开后门。
